These are genuinely the worst property managers I've ever had to deal with. They had hundreds of terrible reviews which all disappeared recently. Getting anyone to return a phone call or email felt like I was pulling teeth, they genuinely do not care about anything as long as the rent keeps coming in. I spent almost six months trying to get a leaky tap fixed, so if you're thinking of having your property managed through Independent take note that they are prepared to let things remain broken and potentially cause permanent damage to the property. I went through at least six agents as they kept leaving without letting us know so often I would have no idea who to call or email, and I would have to call the other Independent offices and have to ask to be transferred to the Turner office as no one ever answers the phone. They are the worst
