I had a somewhat average experience with Auto Loan Builder. The whole loan process was fairly straightforward, but the customer service could have been better. It took quite a bit of time to get a response and the support staff wasn't very knowledgeable. Despite that, I was able to secure a loan with satisfactory terms. Not a bad option overall.
