Thank you for all the pleasure we had from our visit, largely due to your very kind and helpful staff. The electric wheelchair ran out of charge, and, not only were your staff on hand to rectify it, but sent a really delightful man to push a wheelchair you provided. He was full of enthusiasm for the garden. He told us he had only been with you for 6 months, but was an enthusiastic gardener himself. Then, when we saw a plant un-named as it was being planted, another chap went and found out the name and wrote it down. We met and chatted to so many cheerful and helpful staff. Only complaint - no soup on the menu for lunch.
