I was approached by Blueprint years ago and put into an engineering position. Not only were they amazingly helpful in transitioning to the new role at the time (and also helped me set u pa Limited Company and get to grips with acting as a contractor), but years later, and after leaving the role, they helped me put together historical documentation and gave me reference letters. Great, communicative team.
