After attempting to work with this firm, I was never paid, yet received a W-2 claiming I had been paid ~$600.

Now they are trying to claim ~$200 via a shady, third party debt collector (just look up "Stuart-Lippman And Associates" to see how bad).

No one from MassMutual Arizona has even bothered to contact me directly regarding this "debt" (perhaps because I'll ask where my paycheck went).

Can you imagine if your family had to deal with this kind of behavior while grieving?
