Theft of service!

I have never had such a bad experience with this place until now. They had my car over a month and when I picked it up, there was paint peel on every piece they replaced. Tape left on my windows and on my hood. I called Sam outside (the GM) and he was sorry for the mistakes. After multiple phone calls and an email to corporate he called me back a month later. Keep saying he will schedule a time to repair my car correctly. No calls. Now he is saying they will not pay for a rental car to fix my car. YES, THEY WILL. Their moto is it's done right the first time. Well, it wasn't. Now I have to escalate this further. I just want my car fixed correctly. This is what you were paid thousands of dollars to do!
