As a customer, I have mixed feelings about Netcad pty ltd. On one hand, their website (netcad.co.za) is well-designed and visually appealing. However, their customer service is lacking. The response time is slow and sometimes unhelpful. Overall, it is a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
