I've been living in Meyer Apts for the past year and it has been a pleasant experience overall. The management is responsive and they take care of any maintenance issues promptly. The building is well-maintained and the location is convenient. The only downside is the occasional noise from neighbors, but it's not too bothersome. I would rate it as an excellent place to live.
