I admit that I do not understand the reaction of this dissatisfied customer. I have 5 fountains of 8 bottles. It works very well. From the smallest problem, the teams move very quickly and show great responsiveness. Customers are very impressed with this new, highly reliable technology. This allows red wines to be kept for about 3 weeks without oxidation and white wines a little longer.
We check our wines every morning and we have never noticed any oxidation or other defect. The digital system is a real advantage for customer relations.
