I recently had the pleasure of booking a trip with Ameropa-reisen gmbh and I must say it was an average experience. The website, ameropa.de, was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. Overall, it was an average experience.
