I had a mixed experience with bitRiver Japan. On the one hand, their trading platform is fantastic and I had no problems buying and selling cryptocurrencies. However, their customer support needs improvement. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, it's a good platform for trading, but their customer service needs to be better.
