Tenant X is an okay company. The rental process was fairly smooth, but there were a few minor issues along the way. The staff was generally helpful, although it did take a bit longer than expected to get responses to some of my inquiries. The website is decent, but I found it a bit confusing to navigate at times. Overall, my experience with Tenant X was satisfactory, but I think there is room for improvement.
