Staff needs to be trained to handle situations better. Had an incident where my kids came to me saying there was a creepy guy acting weird and scaring them. I asked my kids to point him out. I asked him not to scare my kids, and he got confrontational. I reported him to the staff, who said they could only do something if things escalated and became physical.

Once the creepy guy saw I was speaking to the staff, he assumed (correctly) that the discussion was about him and once again became confrontational, and tried to bait me into a fight.

Weird situation all around, but staff was useless.

So beware of child predators at this place as the staff will only step in if they become physically violent.
