I had a mixed experience with Shefstad Todd. While some aspects were satisfactory, I found the overall service to be lacking. The customer support was less than impressive, and it took a while to get a response to my queries. On the other hand, the quality of their products was decent, and the delivery was prompt. I would rate them as average.
