I had a rather disappointing experience with Frothingham John. The product I ordered arrived damaged and it took quite a bit of effort to get a replacement. Their customer service representatives were not very helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. I was quite frustrated with the whole ordeal and would not recommend Frothingham John based on my experience.
