Asset Living are total slumlords with no regard for the health or dignity of their tenants. They run the Reserve in San Antonio, which is student housing. Friends of mine who lived there went 7 months without working A/C and the apartment had dangerous mold that harmed their health. Asset Living didn't fix these problems and then have the audacity to charge them thousands of dollars to leave the unsafe apartment! SLUMLORDS!!
