Working with Raffa International Development Agency was a decent experience overall. The team was knowledgeable and experienced, which showed in their work. However, there were some areas where improvement is needed. The communication could have been more proactive, as there were instances where we had to follow up for updates. Additionally, the project took slightly longer than initially planned. Despite these minor setbacks, I acknowledge the effort put in by the team and the quality of their work.
