Rainbow Vistas is an average company. The overall experience was okay, but there were definitely areas that could be improved. The customer service was prompt, but the quality of the products was not up to the mark. There were a few delays in the delivery process as well. However, the staff was friendly and tried their best to assist me. I hope they can work on their product quality and delivery timelines to provide a better experience to their customers.
