I recently visited a leisure facility that I had heard great things about, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. The facilities themselves were average, and the customer service was lacking. I expected more from such a well-known company in the industry. However, what bothered me the most was the lack of transparency on their website. It was difficult to find information and navigate through the site. Overall, my experience with this leisure facility was not what I had hoped for.
