Waiting for 5 months now for a repair to a digital...

Waiting for 5 months now for a repair to a digital screen that I could of bought for far cheaper from their competitors. And to think, I wanted to pay more for better service. Now the whole screen is down i wonder how much longer this will take to get fixed?

We have lodged to fair trading, and others have done. We have moved on.to other more reputable providers.

Now Sam resorts to lying in a public place. All my correspondence aside (from the 1st one 9 months ago) stated we are happy to pay for the repair of the damage ie not on warranty. The screens are modular in design, meaning that if a panel is damaged it can be swapped out and replaced - and it accepted understood to be at my cost and not warranty. He demands that I do an insurance job, and claim the whole screen on insurance which in my opinion is insurance fraud. We did not make the claim. Worse he sub contracts all maintenance to 3rd parties (which is always dangerous) but they stated that they would be back with the simple replacement of damaged panels that was 9 months ago. The advice the maintenance rep gave me (replacing simply the damaged modules) was totally different to the advice I-Visual (Sam) gave me regarding replacing the whole screen. Hence my dispute.

Despite repeated requests he is providing no technical specifications of the screen or panels provided (so I can source or replace) - as the modular panels are mischievously custom designed.

Stay away from Ivisual at all costs.

I hope our industry rids him
