Since Credence has been lying to me since before I even started working for them I have found it necessary to make a plan of action for leaving including a timetable and wages lost through credence s fraudulent hiring practices. Let me elaborate on that I asked them if the position required a security + cert they said no so I took their low ball offer for the experience. Once I got there I quickly learned I would not be allowed to work the job I was hired for without it. This test routinely flunks people and usually takes a month to study. I did it in a week, Russ Mielke agreed that my pay was not adequate for the position. The average starting salary should have been 20k more for that cert. 3 months later no raise and now its the civilians decision versus the company that hired me...
