Our print products always turn out great and hit mailboxes on time, but my 5 stars come primarily from their customer service. Figuring out bulk mailings, postage permits, what type of paper to use, etc. can all be very confusing and the folks at Vision Graphics (I work with Cathy) are always extremely helpful. She's available with a phone call, doesn't mind when I ask seemingly silly questions (no matter how many I have) and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure things turn out correct.
