The Verteks Consulting team worked with us to design, configure, install, and train City staff on a Shoretel phone system in 2015. They continue to provide 7 by 24 monitoring and support of our system.

In the past two years, I have had the opportunity to work with a number of people on the Verteks support staff, have found them to be knowledgeable, and more than willing to lend their support. We've called on them for simple configuration changes, and we've called on them to reroute phones in the middle of a hurricane.

I have no hesitation recommending Verteks Consulting to any business or government entity looking to move to a VoIP phone system, or upgrade an existing system.
