I had a mixed experience with Washburn Valley INC. The overall quality of the products I purchased was average, some were good while others were disappointing. However, their customer service was great and they were very responsive to my queries. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other companies. Overall, an okay experience.
