I recently had the opportunity to work with Puls 3 and it was an overall average experience. While their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, their customer service left much to be desired. I had a few issues with my order and it took several attempts and a lot of back-and-forth communication to get them resolved. However, once the issues were finally resolved, I was satisfied with the product I received. Overall, I would say that Puls 3 is an average company with room for improvement in their customer service.
