This is the worst customer service I've never experienced. Yes, I said NEVER experienced because I have yet to speak to anyone. I call before 8am they say they are closed, I call exactly at 8am and they say they don't have enough representatives to help. Don't say you've amped up your ability to handle calls, NO YOU HAVEN'T. We are in the middle of a pandemic, I've lost my job and have no income. I filed for unemployment 2 MONTHS AGO and haven't received ANYTHING.
