Charlie the service manager was most understanding, not only did he take the time to listen he properly handled the service situation and then the service team went above and beyond to assist. Thank you and people always communicate before you go thinking they will not stick to what they say and make sure customer satisfaction is first and foremost. Because they will and they did.
