Mike, the lead was very responsive and answered my questions throughout the course of the removal of original windows and installation of 9 new windows and 1 patio sliding door. Sergiy was an excellent finish carpenter and finished all wood trim even without asking on replacing a weathered threshold for the door. I would highly recommend their work and timely installation in 3 days as they promised. We are very happy, Steve
