I recently booked a makeup artist from the website for a special event. The process of finding a suitable artist was smooth, with a good variety to choose from. However, the communication regarding the booking details could have been better. On the day of the event, the artist was punctual and friendly, but I felt that the final makeup look didn't quite match the reference images I provided. The quality of the products used was good, but the overall outcome was average. I appreciate the effort put in, but I was left wanting a bit more. Overall, a decent experience, but there's room for improvement in terms of understanding and delivering on the client's expectations. 😐
