I recently used the services of Northwest Restoration to help with some water damage in my home. The technicians were professional and prompt, but I found the communication to be lacking. 🤔 The website was helpful, and I appreciated the resources available, but the overall experience was just average. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and follow-up. While the company did fulfill their responsibilities, I believe they could do more to ensure a better customer experience. I would consider using them again, but I hope to see some improvements in their communication and overall service.
