As a customer, I found the salon experience at Sachi to be average. The staff was polite and attentive, but the overall atmosphere felt a bit lackluster. The services were satisfactory, but I was hoping for a more personalized touch. The website was easy to navigate, but I wish there were more detailed descriptions of the treatments offered. The pricing was reasonable, but I felt that the value for the money could have been better. In terms of cleanliness and hygiene, the salon met my expectations. Overall, I would consider giving Sachi another try in the future, but I hope to see improvements in terms of ambiance and personalized customer experience.
