As a customer, my experience with the construction services offered by this company has been average. While the communication and initial planning were satisfactory, there were some challenges with the project execution. The timeline for completing the work was not met, and there were a few instances of miscommunication between the team and myself. On the positive side, the quality of the end product was decent, and the team did show professionalism in addressing some of the issues that arose. Overall, I would say that there is room for improvement in terms of project management and adherence to timelines. I appreciate the effort put in by the team, but I hope to see better organization and smoother execution in future projects.
