I recently purchased a piece of equipment from this company and overall had an average experience. The website was user-friendly, and I was able to find what I needed easily. However, the customer service was a bit lacking as I felt rushed and not given enough attention. The equipment itself is decent, but I've noticed some minor issues that could have been addressed before purchase. 🤔 Although I may consider giving them another chance in the future, I hope to see improvements in their customer service and product quality.
