DON'T GO TO CORAL STRAND RESORT
I did not stay at the coral strand resort, I only had dinner at their restaurant.
The waitress claimed they had problems with their POS machine, she was claiming the payments were not successful. However, our homebanking app showed 3 successful payment the following day. We went straight to the hotel manager to have this settled, it was August this year, and after interminable email writing we still had no refund. We basically payed 3 times for one meal, which is unacceptable. If you don't want to pay for something 3 times and then being ignored don't go to coral strand. Coral strand management basically asked us to repeat the same explanation a thousand times, because they started to forward the topic to different people and last they simply said they were not going to solve it and to contact their bank.
