I've been a client of TFC for almost two years now, but experienced Tamekia's level of expertise and insight within my first three months of training! Prior to joining TFC, I'd (unsuccessfully) worked with another trainer for about a year with the goal of gracing the stage of a bodybuilding competition. A friend who'd witnessed my progress in changing my body in addition to my struggle to obtain a "stage ready" physique referred me to TFC. I shared my goals with Tamekia and we went to work! And thanks to her, I was able to compete in my first bodybuilding competition!! IN 3 MONTHS!!!
