I forcibly give this 1 star review since I ordered a birthday gift in advance (knowing that there would be delays due to COVID-19) and have still gotten nothing.
I ordered a measly set of cutlery on June 10th 2020 for a birthday on July 5th 2020. It is now July 21st and nothing. Soon will be 2 months since I ordered...
I got an "order confirmation", if you can call it that at this point, where I emailed the e-commerce address as well as called the telephone number mentioned for "help". Well 3 emails later, and 2 phone calls with messages to customer service later, no one answered nor called back. I doubt anyone works there and the emails are being sent to a computer in a fishtank, and the phone is ringing in a 100ft deep abandoned mine.

I also find it extremely efficient to have the clerks in Stokes stores completely disconnected from ANYTHING related online, rendering them useless.
So if you want something from this so-called company, please go in person because no human manages the online portion; it's all goldfish.
