Was told laptop would be ready 1-2 weeks max. No advice after the 2 weeks. Got my laptop after 3 weeks by being a 'noisy car'.

Submission waiting time was around 45 mins or so, but the collection took me an hour and with one customer arriving later than me entertained first. Was told on the phone that since they couldn't open my laptop, I had to ask the counter to update the windows driver (??? or whatever the term was). However, I was told by the counter in-charge dryly that I could update it myself. After wasting 60 minutes of my time waiting to be called and I was told that?

Ideally, the technical people should make a note what job has not been done. Customers are customers. They do not know, and most of the time forget technical terms the same way as you do not know our technical terminologies at work.
