Worst customer service ever. I bought two dresses as the changing room queue was long I had the misfortune of purchasing them without trying. Upon returning to change one of them the director of the boutique started saying it was squashed before changing her story to it smells of food. Her attitude toward a customer was ridiculous. She point blank refused to change it. My mom decided to take matters to her hand. When she turned up at the store of course there was no question of smell or squashing (all the store workers agreed there was no smell) it was only that the boutique manager has put a note saying not to return this article. So I m assuming she changes and return article depending on the clients face. I would urge Zara officials to look into this matter. And you guys to avaoid this store. Which has absolute terrible customer service.
