I have purchased a chime system from a company before and it was not a pleasant experience. The quality was subpar and the customer service was nonexistent. However, I decided to give Chime Master Systems a try and I am so glad I did. The chimes are of excellent quality and the customer service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Chime Master Systems to others.
