Richard Silva you have no idea how thankful I am for you to have been the technician who came out to service my home. Immediately when I first met him I love them from the start he came in with a big smile introduced himself and said hello to myself and my family members .With being a new homeowner and having all of these issues one after another I've been so overwhelmed. I've never had gas before and had no clue what I was doing or what to expect. Richard took the time to show me how my gas appliances worked step by step. He congratulated me on purchasing my first home and gave me some tips that work for him which I really appreciated. He even assisted me with taking down the plywood I boarded up my doors with for the hurricane. Although he didn't need to assist he jumped right in and I'm so thankful for that. Richard is such a huge asset to Hawaii Gas Company because he knows how to work well with customers and takes the time to explain everything.
