When we check-in we payed $10 for a full breakfast. But it was not as receptionist promed. For the 10 dollers we could only pick from the menu card and only use $10.
Why sell it in as a full breakfast when we only can choice between product for $10?

What is the benefit in addition to and cheat customers?
