I asked the notary Van Beneden for advice in February. I decided on this study because he was very nice and was very competent during this first meeting.
After a significant delay on our file, we find ourselves today again in front of the notary Van Beneden.
Condescending, limit contemptuous in front of my questions, I had the impression to be taken for a perfect idiot.
Do we not pay notaries dear enough? Isn't it their job to explain to us what seems complicated to us? to give us simplified, non-jargonful advice?
Not twice, anyway. I agree: their good reputation is really overrated.
