My experience with Pur sp. z o.o. was overall average. While the quality of their products met my expectations, I found the website navigation to be slightly confusing. Additionally, the response time from the customer service team was longer than anticipated. However, once the queries were addressed, I was satisfied with the assistance provided. Room for improvement but still a decent experience.
