As a regular customer, I have had mixed experiences with this company. While their products are generally good, the service can be hit or miss. There have been times when my orders were incorrect or the staff seemed uninterested in helping. It would be great if they could improve on these aspects, as it does affect the overall experience. That being said, I still appreciate the convenience and value they provide.
