Installed a whole ac/ heater unit after coming out...

Installed a whole ac/ heater unit after coming out over 10 times. Will not return a call for nothing after i realized they didn't install a new, or leave the old inline air filter component so i can filter the air. Maybe now after this review you will return a call.
