John Allanson took over the management of the estate of my late father in 2021, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, his handling of the process has been riddled with mistakes, miscalculations, and unacceptable delays.

He has consistently ignored requests for documentation, provided overestimated and inaccurate figures, and shown a complete lack of accountability. Despite clear instructions and evidence provided to him, he has failed to act in a timely or competent manner.

Delays in addressing tax matters have caused unnecessary penalties and lost interest, all of which could have been avoided with proper management. He has overvalued tax liabilities, ignored key facts such as the actual rental history of properties, and dismissed legitimate concerns as “rude” instead of addressing them.
