Trash. Travelling counterparts received their refunds from the relevant airline companies for the cancelled flights due to Covid-19 within 1 month (at most). Yet, with an extra 80 dollars service fee, there is no update on the refund or the process status after 2 months. I have arrived back Singapore on 25 March and it's already 26 May. Questionable. Bought a return flight (2-ways) from SG to Toronto via Germany then had to buy a one way flight from Toronto to SG via Taipei that was also eventually cancelled due to travel restrictions.
