Just 99 Cents provides a wide variety of affordable products. The prices are incredibly low, and the quality is surprisingly good. I am always amazed at how they are able to sell items for just 99 cents. The only downside is that sometimes the selection can be limited, but for the price, it's definitely worth it. Overall, I would say Just 99 Cents is a great store.
