I went to this place and tried their bubble tea, I found staff a bit rude. I asked to have my bubble tea without ice to which the reply I got was this is what bubble tea looks like (pointing to their advert) and NO we cannot do it without ice. I can certainly say that bubble tea does not usually look like crashed ice in normal world. Anyways, one star for service and one star for crushed iced bubble tea that does not even taste nice.
