Simply put, there is no way to contact them on their website that isn't a 1-800 number or mailing address. No chat. No secure message form. No email address. Nothing. Not only that, their PW requirements are antiquated...the kind of requirements that are put in place when someone has no idea what they're doing and decide to just error on the side of caution. Of course the flip side of that is frustration. It may be secure(news flash, it's probably not), but you'll pull your hair out dealing with them. This is what happens when there's no real ability for the consumer to shop around. Our mortgage was sold to LoanCare without our input or knowledge. It's like being told one day you drive a Ford and that's that. You'd better get used to all the ways that Fords suck.
